About us

I, Joshua Fernandes started Fernandes Property Management LLC as a side hustle back in high school, just mowing a few lawns on the weekends. Now I’m 21, in college, and in my third year running this business full-time. What started small has grown into a full landscaping company serving the South Coast. I’ve always focused on doing clean, detailed work and making sure clients are happy. We’re not about rushing through jobs we take our time to do things right. I take pride in building long-term relationships and making every yard look its best, while keeping things affordable and reliable.
